Our first Eòlach retreat is a few days away in the quiet of winter. We’ll be staying in off-grid cabins at Bamff Eco Estate in perthshire.  Across four unhurried days, we’ll gather around the fire, cook and eat together, make with our hands and give ourselves space to settle.

"embodied with jenna" will guide us in yoga, movement and breath-led practices; forest bathing, a warming cacao ceremony and time in the sauna. We’ll also spend time with Katy Eccles of Imprint Casts, looking more closely at the natural world and then making our own casts from what we find. around the communal table, Verity of Eòlach will guide our fire-cooking sessions — from building and tending the fire to cooking with flame and embers. after dinner, you return to a lit fire in your own off grid whitman esque cabin for some R&R. if we are lucky we will see some wild ponies and beavers.
